    Hi,

    I am experiencing a problem with WooCommerce:
    1. When people put an order, they don’t automatically get notifications sent on new order, processing, completed etc.
    2. When I try to send them manually (Order -> Order actions -> “Completed” -> Send) the screen goes blank.

    Using WP Mail Logger to see if the emails get sent – and no – they do not get sent.

    I do however receive New Customer email notifications on my admin email.

    I have tried replacing the customer-order-completed.php file from the latest WooCommerce download, which will send the email, but not receive on my test mail (it doesn’t go to spam). WP Mail Logger comes with this error: “Email contains no body”.

    This is a huge problem for me, as customers complain about not receiving these emails, and I have to send them emails manually.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Yea, but it seems like it’s an enfold thing.

    Because it is the exact three emails that aren’t working which are the only ones overriding the ones of WoCommerce’s original emails.

    From WP-Admin > Dashboard > WooCommerce > System Status:
    ”
    Overrides
    enfold/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php,
    enfold/woocommerce/emails/customer-on-hold-order.php,
    enfold/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php
    “

    Hi lauritschristensen,

    Enfold does not have such files, they must be installed by WooCommerce, can you give us ftp credentials in private?

    My problem is similar to the above. Suddenly, users will no longer receive an order notification and I will not receive an email with a woocommerce order. An email is sent when manually changing the status of the order.

    it seems like an enfold problem because all plugins have already been deactivated and at other websites with other themes this still works

    it was still a plugin that had not been deactivated by mistake
