    Hallo,

    ich habe das Problem, dass sich im Firefox und auch nur in der französischen Version der Website das Accordeon aufklappen lässt, dann aber nicht mehr zu geht bzw. sich durch das Öffnen eines anderen Toggles nicht mehr automatisch schließt.
    In der deutschen und der englischen Version sowie in anderen Browsern funktioniert es problemlos.
    Einziger Unterschied, den ich auf Anhieb bemerkt habe, ist der Zusatz, der beim Aufklappen in der URL hinzukommt: /#toggle-id-2
    Dieser Anker kommt bei der französischen Version der Website und auch nur im Firefox nicht.

    Woran liegt das?

    In the meantime, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.0.5 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    thanks for the reply. The enfold theme is the latest version 4.0.5.

    In the meantime, we have released new updates. Currently latest version of the theme is 4.0.7. Can you please update it and let us know so we can look into your site after that? :)

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
