Hello,
There is a problem with the style of enfold in the pages translated with WPML. Pages are not responsive and are misconfigured.
I leave the captures of the technical service of WPML:Exmaple: http://indysay.com/en/web-design/ (not resposive)

https://d2salfytceyqoe.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/1266393-EnglishPostMetaForm.pngIt looks like an error in the AVIA / ENFOLD function.
Can you fix this? Thank you
May 4, 2017 at 4:43 am #787557Hi pchincoa!
Thank you for using Enfold.
It looks like the sections are outside the wrap_all or main container. Please move all the elements or set of elements inside their own color sections. If you’re not sure what to do, please post the login details here so that we can edit the page.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 4, 2017 at 5:00 am #787571Hi!
UPDATE: If possible, please duplicate the page or re-create the layout in a test page so that we can inspect the issue thoroughly.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 4, 2017 at 10:16 am #787679Hello Ismael,
Thanks for the reply.
I have re-created color sections that are not responsive and still do not work.
It happens to me sometimes in other pages. I do not know if you can take a look and see what happens. Thank you!May 4, 2017 at 10:54 pm #788114Hi,
Would you mind contact the WPML team and have them provide us more detaisl on the issue?

BasilisMay 4, 2017 at 11:54 pm #788127May 5, 2017 at 11:53 am #788335Hey!
Looks like you’re using a very old version of the theme, 3.5.4. Please update to version 4.0.5.
Regards,
IsmaelMay 5, 2017 at 12:58 pm #788361Yes, I upgraded to the version version! (4.0.5). The non-responsive problem continues on some pages.
Disappointing,
Regards
May 8, 2017 at 11:21 am #789413Hi,
Thank you for the update. We saved the layout of the page as template and then used it on another page (see private field). Somehow it fixed the layout issues. Please delete the current “web-design” page then create another. In the “Templates” list, look for the “Test Template Layout Issue”.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 8, 2017 at 12:16 pm #789477Hello Ismael,
Thank you for your work.
The problem has not been fixed.
The page is not responsive below, in the contact section and in the footer.
I created the page from scratch using the template.
The page you have created does work individually but it causes problems when you overwrite and use the template :(May 9, 2017 at 5:55 am #789981Hi,
Did you check the test page before you delete it? We have reported the issue to Kriesi and it is under investigation. For now, please try the solution that we provided in the following thread.
// https://kriesi.at/support/topic/grid-rows-arent-responsive/#post-756803
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 15, 2017 at 11:10 am #793252Excuse me, but the problem continues … and now I do not understand why having the same configuration, the color section of the page in Spanish is not responsive and the English section is. Any solution? Already this seems a little strange considering that is one of the best selling themes of de WP.
Thank you
May 16, 2017 at 7:20 pm #794342Hi,
We will do appreciate some patience till Kriesi figures our the issue.
It is something really strange, so even if you hear from the WPML team with a solution, we would be greatfull.Best regards,
BasilisMay 16, 2017 at 11:08 pm #794528Hello,
I’m having a lot of patience.
I only ask for a solution for some products for which I have spent my money.
After many messages and tests, it seems that WPML concludes that the problem is of its framework that generates errors in responsive mode:
https://wpml.org/es/forums/topic/la-pagina-de-inicio-en-el-segundo-idioma-no-es-responsive/https://kriesi.at/support/topic/general-layout-not-the-same-size-in-different-languages/
Sorry to write so much. I would not if things went well.
Thank you. I look forward to your news soon
May 19, 2017 at 6:14 am #796334Hi,
We implemented in the script in the functions.php file temporarily. The page is now responsive. We’ll give you an update once we completely fixed the issue.
function ava_custom_script_fix(){ ?> <script> (function($){ function a1() { var grid = $('body').children('.avia-section, .av-layout-grid-container, #footer, #socket'); $(grid).appendTo('#wrap_all #main'); } a1(); })(jQuery); </script> <?php } add_action('wp_footer', 'ava_custom_script_fix');
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 19, 2017 at 1:04 pm #796549Hi Ismael,
Thanks for fixing it.
As you explained, it was a problem with the functionality of the framework, right?
Do you know why the color section (with three H1) is not responsive in Spanish and yes it is in English? The template is exactly the same but modifying the language.
I’m worried about those mistakes, really.
Thanks for your attention
May 20, 2017 at 3:55 pm #797027Hi,
We are aware of the issue and it is currently under investigation. The containers are somehow closing earlier than necessary which breaks the overall layout of the page. The script above should fix the issue for now.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 20, 2017 at 4:07 pm #797036Hi Ismael,
I appreciate your answer
Yes, the container breaks the design. And it is also the first page you see when you enter the site. I mean, everything is generating a very bad image. And although you respond, they usually do late. Do I have to wait a lot of days with the mistakes it generates from Kriesi?
I appreciate your personal effort, but I think the compatibility with WPML is doubtful
Thank you
May 22, 2017 at 4:31 am #797357Hi,
I mean, everything is generating a very bad image.
Could you please explain the statement further or provide a screenshot? The home pages look fine. The issue will occur intermittently or if a combination of elements are present in the builder even if you’re not using W P M L so it’s not an issue with the plugin but a random bug in the builder which is now under investigation. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Again, the script above should fix it temporarily.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 22, 2017 at 12:21 pm #797582H,
I understand that the problem is generated by AVIA, because it deactivates WPML and continues the same, it is not responsive. Can you check it on your phone, please?
The script only solved the problem in the footer. The web page design is already working properly.
From now on I will never again recommend Enfold because you sell a template that is not 100 percent responsive.
May 23, 2017 at 5:36 am #798051Hi,
I checked the site on mobile devices and it is responsive. Did you remove the browser cache or hard refresh before checking it on your phone?
The theme is fully responsive but there’s a small glitch or bug in the builder which closes a certain container unnecessarily. This issue does not occur on every page or every installations and is quite random. We are aware of the issue and it is under investigation. Please bare with us while we work on the problem. For now, please keep the script in the functions.php file temporarily.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 23, 2017 at 10:58 am #798160I had to change the design so that it does not look bad.
Enfold generates errors in responsive mode when using H1.
I cleaned the cache, indeed.21 days later there is no solution.
Disappointed,
Thank you.
May 24, 2017 at 3:30 pm #798956Hey,
Enfold generates errors in responsive mode when using H1.
What kind of errors? Please be specific or provide a screenshot so that we can check it immediately.

IsmaelMay 31, 2017 at 8:51 am #801881Hi!
Could you please provide an access to your database? We would like to check some of the entries related to the builder.
Cheers!
IsmaelMay 31, 2017 at 11:01 am #801936Hi,
I answer you in private content.
June 1, 2017 at 8:35 am #802410Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Could you please provide a screenshot of the H1 issue? Or create a test page so that we can inspect it. I’m sorry but your instruction is a bit confusing.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 1, 2017 at 1:37 pm #802535Hi
I attached in the private content a test page with the error in responsive.

June 2, 2017 at 7:07 am #802889Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Please add this css code to adjust the font size on smaller screens.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { /* Add your Mobile Styles here */ h1 { font-size: 25px; line-height: 1em; } }
OR try to use the Special Heading element.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 2, 2017 at 8:56 am #802910I used the css code with the simple css plugin … and it does not work. The problem always happens with the first H1.
With the special heading happens the same … I had already tried it before
Why does it work in English and not in Spanish?
I’ve wasted too much time on this …
June 3, 2017 at 6:13 am #803262Hi!
I would like to test it but you removed the “prueba-inicio” page again. Please keep the test pages so that we can test it in case our suggestions are not working. Or hire a freelance developer to fix the issue. You can also contact our partner, codeable.
