    Hello,
    I’m using the contact form that comes with Enfold and it displays fine but it doesn’t send an email when submitting the form.

    I’m using the SMTP Mailer 1.0.3 wordpress plugin and sending an email using the test feature works so I know it’s not the hosting provider (HostGator) having an issue. I also tried using Contact Form 7 and that works as well. My SMTP outbound settings is configured to my domains Office 365 paid account.

    I read your FAQ post about how to troubleshoot this issue but I’ve determined that the problem is the Enfold contact form.
    I don’t know what is wrong with the standard form that comes with Enfold, no errors are showing up. How do you fix this issue or begin to troubleshoot this issue?

    Hey matrixmeridian,

    If you install Contact Form 7 plugin and do some tests, does it work properly?

    Yes, contact form 7 does work as indicated in my original message. How do I fix the Enfold contact form to send email?

    Hi matrixmeridian,

    I would suggest sticking with a working solution, but we can have a look.
    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
