Hello,
When I added a bunch of gallery items to this page they don’t load initially:
They only load if you scroll to the bottom of the page and then back up.
Can this please be fixed?
Thank you,
Mike

May 2, 2017 at 4:31 pm #786506Also I noticed the titles of each gallery item are not popping up above each tile? Like on this page:

May 3, 2017 at 5:49 am #786886Hi,
Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.5) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Also please try updating WordPress itself.

RikardMay 3, 2017 at 2:08 pm #787143Yea, I could do that-but that doesn’t explain why it would work on one page and not another….
May 3, 2017 at 2:18 pm #787145Like I figured-that did nothing. Everything is updated.
May 4, 2017 at 12:39 am #787490Hi,
Kindly edit the Gallery and you should find this setting Thumbnail fade in effect change it from Show the animation when user scrolls to the gallery to Activate animation on page load (might be preferable on large galleries), as for the titles, click on Add/Edit Gallery button and Caption to images, that should fix the problem on this page: http://www.edgestoneworks.com/products/granite/
Hope this helps :)

May 4, 2017 at 4:41 am #787555Hi,
Have you done this for the titles, click on Add/Edit Gallery button and add Caption to images?
Best regards,
NikkoMay 4, 2017 at 2:40 pm #787829I see that is the problem-but why didn’t those images pull the caption from the titles of the images? That is what the gallery for the edges page automatically did. I would rather not have to fill all of those in…
May 5, 2017 at 7:02 pm #788620Hi,
There are people who don’t like to have that caption showing up, that’s why instead of automatically using the titles, Enfold will give option to users what they prefer, if they want to use that feature or not. :)
Best regards,
NikkoMay 5, 2017 at 7:27 pm #788630ok, so how do I use the feature? I want the images to automatically use the name of the image as the caption. i dont want to have to enter them manually.
May 7, 2017 at 7:37 pm #789155Hi johnworfin,
Those are added manually on image upload. You could hire a freelancer that would write a custom script for you that does what you need.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 8, 2017 at 9:25 pm #789859ok, but I didn’t manually add the titles to this page, it auto named the tiles…..
http://www.edgestoneworks.com/edges/
So, it would be great to be able to do that for future pages.
