Find and replace "shortcode" across site

Hi,

I have many pages created in Enfold. They were based on 5 or 6 templates, but I have recently replaced a plugin that relied on a shortcode and I would like to remove this shortcode and replace it with the new plugin shortcode.

Is there a plugin that can do a find-and-replace that you would recommend across all the pages in one go?
Or is there one that will do it in the database, or if not, is there a manual way to do it in myphpadmin.
