I’m wondering which section needs to be edited to change the text under the photo when sharing on Facebook. Right now if I put the url to my site in facebook to share then it has lorem ipsum instead on the text shown on published pages. Which field in wordpress dictates what’s coming into shared links. I changed the tagline thinking that was it but it wasn’t.

Please use a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ to have more control over the content you share on social network :)
