Google Code not showing up correctly after page update

Ahoy,

So I have a bit of google code in my website so when someone clicks an adwords ad and goes to my site the phone number will adjust according to if they visit the site organically or through an ad. I have this setup so we can track phone calls, one line is for google ads clicks and the other is for organic searches. The code is under every instance of the the green quote contact form in the top (see screenshot). When i insert the code it looks fine – than I save and check the code. Upon looking the code is not the same…

Please advise
