    Hi there,

    I’ve been using Enfold for years and love it. Sometime last week I noticed the Theme Options were gone from the backend. I read a few threads on but nothing seems relevant to my situation. I’ve just updated to the latest version of Enfold, but that didn’t help.

    My site is hosted on WP Engine.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    No – I’ve tried disabling all plugins. Doesn’t help.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    It does show up fine on my end. Attached a screenshot in private content field. It seems like you have collapsed the tabs on the side, that is why only icons show up :)
