Thank you for using Enfold.
I’m sorry but I don’t see the “jump” issue. Could you please provide a screencast?
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 27, 2017 at 8:50 pm #784194Hey here’s a video,
You’ll see it happen to the text. It’s also very noticeable on mobile devices. Or when you click on a project and scroll down.

April 28, 2017 at 10:39 am #784395Hi!
Thank you for the update. I can’t reproduce the same issue on my PC. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check it on MAC.
Cheers!
IsmaelApril 28, 2017 at 5:46 pm #784736Okay thanks!
Did you check it out on mobile on your phone? It’s really noticeable there.
April 30, 2017 at 5:06 am #785169Hi,
Sorry but I can’t reproduce the error on either desktop using Chrome and Safari, or on mobile using iphone6. Could you post a screenshot of what part exactly is jumping please?
Regards,
RikardApril 30, 2017 at 8:06 pm #785377Hey Rikard,
The page jump always happens at the top of the page, as soon as you scroll down on any page.
Here’s a screen recording from my mobile phone (Galaxy S7) showing this. You can see the text jump down instead of it staying in it’s place.

Thank you,
ChrisMay 1, 2017 at 6:52 am #785531Hi,
Do you want a parallax effect on this area?
Best regards,
John TorvikMay 2, 2017 at 12:58 am #786056I did, but I’d honestly rather get rid of this jumping issue.
It’s on every page. I’m surprised you guys aren’t noticing it. I tried it on two of my friends devices and it happens two. It looks almost like the page does a quick hiccup and you scroll down.
May 2, 2017 at 6:55 am #786166Hi!
Are you using the mouse scroll wheel? Can you reproduce the issue when you scroll through on the actual browser scroll bar?

IsmaelMay 2, 2017 at 8:04 am #786205Hey!
I actually don’t seem to have the problem anymore on my homepage, on desktop. I wonder if it fixed after I changed the grid row containing the text not to “set the height to 100% of browser height”.
It looks good on desktop now, but it’s still happening on my mobile phone when I swipe down? Do you see how the text jumps?
Thanks!
May 2, 2017 at 5:47 pm #786575Hi,
I’m pretty sure this is caused by some kind of customization (probably custom code). Remove any you’ve implemented to check that.

AndyMay 2, 2017 at 8:07 pm #786653Yo!
Thanks so much man, you saved the day for me haha. You were right! It was this custom CSS that made it jump:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency {
background-color: transparent;
position: absolute!important;
}}Thanks again!
