    Hello! We recently had our site done by a out of country party, and they used the Enfold theme to build my new website. I want to be able to take over with the web design , etc, so I don’t have to continue paying this party. They don’t have…or won’t share with me…the license number so that i can enter your forum. I also just learned that all of the changes they made were on the enfold original theme. They did not develop a child theme. Is there a way I can get a copy of the original theme?

    Due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we are not allowed to sell/distribute themes directly. Themes can be only downloaded from your ThemeForest account.

    I see you are selling Enfold 4.0. Will this work with my current site?

    Hi!

    Yes, it would work. Currently the latest version of Enfold is 4.0.5. You are using 3.8 on your website.

    Yigit, I am curious…if we purchase the $19 a month plan, for you to take over our store and host it, what happens if we go over the allotted file space or band width?

    You can simply purchase an Enfold license – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=Kriesi&clickthrough_id=994608972&redirect_back=true and install it on your server just as any other WordPress theme :)

    Ok. If I purchase the Envato hosting plan, but leave my site where it is on Just Host, will I get support from you until we can get the site working correctly? Right now, we can’t update any of the older products in our store.

    Does this cost include the Enfold Theme?

    If you purchase one of our themes then you will get support from us, it doesn’t matter where your site is hosted :-)

    I want the $19 a month package, but the site is already set up on wordpress and I have my own host. How would I proceed?

    Hi!

    As far as i understand you would like to be able to get a purchase code but want to purchase the plan with hosting while hosting it on your own host. Could you please contact Envato support about it? Purchasing themes with hosting plan is a fairly new option and in your case they might ask you to purchase a regular license or switch to their hosting plan. It would be the best if you contacted Envato support :)
