Hi,
I’m updating the site and I’ve got four identical size images of 641 x 341 uploaded. I’ve placed these images in a row (4 across) and it seems that the last image is not resizing correctly on the site to look the same as the other 3 images.I thought I’ve done something wrong on my end, but as far as I can tell the images are literally identical in size.
I would love for some insight as to why this may be showing up in this matter.
Thanks

Yes. I’ve used different browsers. The link I sent you is a screenshot of the homepage.
All the browsers I’ve used show the same issue. Even on mobile.
Thanks.

April 21, 2017 at 6:19 pm #781333Hi,
Incredibly strange, I am getting a 404 error, and can’t view the image. I’ll have a team member on here soon with a second look, and please double check the actual root folder too.

Jordan ShannonApril 21, 2017 at 6:26 pm #781337Hey Jordan,
I figured it out and your 404 error gave me an idea. I took a look at the where the file was stored and it was placed in a folder back in 2015. I’m not sure how that is the case, but that is what WordPress reported back to me. I re-upped the image and it worked. Now it is being displayed properly.
However, I”m having problems with the 3rd image called the Carleton. It is showing the overlay arrow when hovering. I’ve specifically turned it off and it keeps on showing up.
Love your help in getting this resolved.

April 21, 2017 at 6:27 pm #781338Just so you know…I”ve setup the link to on that image to NONE.
April 21, 2017 at 6:31 pm #781340Hey!
The images on WordPress, are been uploaded to the same folder that the page date is created.
I hope that solves your questionsRegards,
BasilisApril 21, 2017 at 6:36 pm #781344Hi Basilis,
I’ve resolved this issue, but now I’m having another issue with the overlay. I can’t get the “Link to” stick to NONE for the one image. Love any help in figuring out why it won’t stick.
This is for the homepage.

April 21, 2017 at 10:34 pm #781451Hi,
I logged in and fixed this. I actually had to click on the image within the editor remove the link as opposed to just removing it via the option.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 22, 2017 at 3:50 am #781511Hi Jordan,
Do you know why this happened? When you say you had to click on the image within the editor did you go through the Media Library?
What were the steps? Thanks.
