Hi there, I wanted to know if the only way to get support is to open a thread? no ticket system or direct email?
our website is not showing anyhing and I was advised that we have to update to the latest one i did update to the lateset one 4.0.5 but we have the same problem

Yigithi there, thanks , it is working now !! but please note this was advised by your team in response to another issue we had, why they advised this? i could not do it and i asked your team to add that code, can you check who did this mistake? it is very bad
check this thread and you can see what happened and why they did this. I spent almost two days with my server company blaming them and my developers for this !!!did you see the thread.
I also have a small problem now, I can not see the menu link on the home page but it is clickable in that area, i think color is white so we can not see it, can you please advise how I can change it?Hi,
Yes, i can see the thread however there is nothing concerning body of your website so i doubt if it was someone from our team who added the code.
I went to Enfold theme options > General Styling and adjusted colors on “logo area”. Please review your website

Yigitthey advised me to add that code and then problems would be fixed, i think i asked them i can not do it and they said they would do it, or probably one of my team members did it.
My concern is , the code was given by your team to be added to fix our problem and why this code was given? i think my questions is very clearI checked the website and now it is good, I really appreciate helping me as it changed my mind. I read so much of good reviews and the fact you are number 3 on the ranking I bought your theme but the support turned out to be disaster unless you came into the picture, if you have any comments i like to learn and make sure I have a good mind about your theme

To be honest, i really do not think one of our team members added the code. I cannot see that code in other thread and i am pretty confident that my teammates would know better not to add such code. All of our moderators have good experience with CSS and they would know that code would hide the content.
I am sorry that you felt that way about our support. We always try to be helpful as we can. I am pretty sure we will be able to change your mind about our support in future if you need any assistance or questions though :)

Yigiti understand what you are saying but did you read the thread, the code was given by your people and they asked me to add that code? aren’t you seeing that line ? please look at the thread and you see it. Sorry to take this in detail but I like to know who did that silly mistake if it was a mistake?

Hi,The original code should work, but it seems that the quick css is not applying. Please try applying to this directly to the wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css file:
#top .all_colors strong {
background-color: none!important;
}

I see that code however they are not the same with the one i removed from Quick CSS field. I removed following
body{ display: none!important; }and Jordan suggested following
#top .all_colors strong { background-color: none!important; }The one Jordan suggested removes background color from Strong tagged elements while the one i removed from Quick CSS simply hides the whole Body.

do you think this is a like a mistake or may be somebody inserted that code for hacking? any info would help us to protect ourselves

Not at all, we are always happy to help :)
I do not think someone wanted to hack you. If they wanted to hack or do harm to your site, they could have done other things like resetting your database from WP dashboard. I believe it is mistakenly added by someone however i still believe that someone is not from our team. We are extremely careful when we need to login to our users websites :)
