Hello support team,
when using the gallery on a page, it sometimes occurs, that an images is not being loaded correctly.
The gallery is set to “Big image only, other images can be accessed via lightbox”.
On over 90% of the times, everything works fine. However, sometimes an image is loaded, then disappears for half a second and reappears (seen on a mac). Sometimes, it also happens that images are not being loaded at all – only if you move the mouse.

Everything looks fine on my end, is there a way to reproduce the problem? Did you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times?

thanks for your quick reply. I tried to reproduce the error before approaching you, but the error just seems to occure very random. I know this is never the case, but it seemed very hard for me to pin down to a specific reason. We think we observed that when you move the mouse outside of the lightbox after clicking the arrow to switch image it appears more often. But that is really just a guess.
We also figured out by now, that it only seems to happen on a mac (or maybe it’s safari specific?).Sorry for confusion, but I can’t help any better. Maybe we can try to record it so you can at least see for yourself.
