Is it possible to have the MenuBar loaded via AJAX or even a custom submenu item?
If so, how would I do that?
Reason I am asking is when you are using a caching plugin like WP Rocket, the fragment that is the menu for us needs to be dynamic (not cached) but of course caching solutions cache the entire page so you need to use AJAX for the dynamic parts.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
