I have an issue with the Wirecard Checkout Page plugin under Woocommerce and Enfold. The plugin provider (Wirecard) said that it could be a conflict with the theme. When the option “iframe” within the plugin is activated it does not redirect to the form where you have to put in your credit card info. Is there a way to fix that?
Hi sabsasa!
We are happy what the plugin editor said.
Although, as Enfold is compatible with WooCommerce they will have to check what they are doing, where the issue is located
so we can help them.
We do not offer support with 3rd party plugins, they can although provide us what we can do to make our theme compatible.
Best regards,
Basilis
Hello Basilis!
Thanks for the answer. I understand your point but somehow that is not very helpful for me as customer at the moment at all. The plugin provider said it “could” be a problem with the theme and you say you will help them. So what should I personally do next to solve the problem?
Kind regards
Sabsasa
Hi,
you can tell the plugin’s author to fix the issue. If he needs our help for it, he can contact us. Otherwise you could search for another plugin or hire a freelance developer who can make it compatible for you.
Best regards,
Andy
Hi,
thanks for your answer. I tested it with a clean wordpress installation and a standard theme. The plugin worked perfectly. After I activated the enfold theme on that installation, it does not work with the iframe option and says “Internal Server Error”.
Kind regards
Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. That most likely means that the plugin is not compatible with the theme unfortunately. You can submit a feature request for compatibility here if you like: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
