    Hello,
    the transparent “E” logo is missing in the landing page. Also when I use a other .png graphic.
    I used firefox, IE and also Chrome, but it does not to see it. The logo is shown in the Enfold Theme Optionen.

    It will shown in the Demo on themeforest website, so i think it is not a browser problem.

    I hope some one can help me,

    Hi Novaprem!

    It can be an issue, while importing images that might not be imported.
    Can you please check the settings and the page for any missing elements?

    Hello,
    many thanks for you fast response. The logo is missing after installation. Without that I have changed something about it. After the installation, I immediately switched from the dashboard to the website. No logo to see! Your logo is missing. But in the area: “Enfold Theme Options” I see your logo in the form. I copied the link of your company Logo in the browser and it shows it. So it’s in the right folder.

    I can send you screesshots of it. Also I could not delete photos in the form Mediathek. It comes in the upper corner but the minus sign, but if you click on it remains the photo available. I’ve already deleted the browser cache, but the problem was still there.

    I can tell you the login data so you can see the problem. Maybe you can find a solution.

    Hi Stefan,

    A screenshot would likely help us understand the issue better, you can upload to service like google drive or dropbox and then link to it here. Also please post admin login details in private so that we can have a look at the backend.

    Hi Stefan,

    Thanks for that. That is not what that field is for, did you try adding the image to the first 2/5 element on the page in private instead?
