    Hi,
    When I edit a page, the changes wont save. When I open old versions of the page, I can see the changes are made, but they wont show, when I try to preview the page.

    Hey Hemming!

    Saving can expire, when the php memory limit is low.
    Could you please ask your hosting provide to increase at 256M and let us know if that would solve the issue?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I dont know about PHP and find it hard to believe that should be the problem. I have e few other websites and never had this problem before. I have asked my hosting support though.

    Could the problem be that I haven’t been able to opload the new version of the theme Enfold?
    Its my first time with Enfold, and I cant seem to find out how to opload the new version.

    I used this link from an email from Enfold: https://themeforest.net/downloads?utm_campaign=sysemail&utm_content=7845019&utm_keyword=sysemail&utm_medium=email&utm_source=item_update&utm_term=sysemail

    But when I download the zip-file and try to opload it I get a reply that installation failed.

    I would like to send you some screen dumps, but I cant do that, can I?

    Maybe you need to know that update failed because “the theme lacks: style.css stylesheet’et.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP

    Thanks.

    Im not a webmaster-nerd, som I’m troubled. Is this the only way?
    And I wonder why this problem occurred? Since I never had these kind of problems with any of my other websites, most of them I worked in Divi (Elegant Themes). I consider right now to change to DIVI, would that solve the problem?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, when occurs corrupted files cases, reinstall the theme via FTP is the only way to fix it, but we cant say the exact reason why this happened because theres many factories.
