Hi,

The Avia plug-in page builder doesn’t load on certain pages like the Home and Donate. Works fine on the other pages. Have disabled any new plug-ins prior to this issue.

Hey Suzanne,

I check your site, there could be several reasons related to this issue.

For troubleshooting purpose, we have enabled debug mode http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ and tried to re-create the homepage but the page is not saving properly.

Increase the memory limit. Defining a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.To increase the WordPress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
```
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
```

and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.

You are using a very old version of the theme, If you do not see the update option please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately, not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto-update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Hi Vinay,

Can see you’ve disabled all the plug-ins and the home page text is all distorted. Is that something you can restore to it’s original state?

Have tried all the options mentioned above except for theme files.

Where do we purchase the theme files from as our developer has changed?

I’ve updated the plug-in to Enfold 4 but still no luck with the home page and donate page editor. Can you please check and get back asap on what the issue is?

Hi,

Great to hear it is working. No updates have been made unless you made any. Perhaps the updating of the files did work, but it could have been a caching issue preventing you from seeing it.
