    Ive taken over my client’s site, and many features are getting errors. Can i send in screenshots or call in for support since my client already paid for theme?

    You are using a really old version of Enfold, so we are not sure we can help a lot, based on what we do see.
    It is better to consider update and then if any issues, we will be happy to help further
