    Hi there,
    I am currently attempting to figure out a way to set up the header to a site such that there is one logo on the left (main logo) of the menu, and a second logo (university affiliation) on the right of it, approximately as shown below:
    [Main Logo] [menu item][menu item][menu item][menu item][menu item] [University Logo]

    [Site content]
    Is there an easy way to do this?

    You could try adding a widget to the header to add your second logo: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
