    it it possible to give hover effect on 1/4 column. on hover color will be inverted on quick links columns

    Do you mean the 1/4 elements under the QUICK LINKS header? If so it looks like you have managed to do it already?

    No i changed only cursor on hover , i did not give any link to that 1/4 column. please suggest me some solution to give link on whole 1/4 column under QUICK LINKS section.

    It’s not an option in the theme unfortunately, but maybe you could try wrapping the content inside of the elements in a link like this?
