Title says it all-I want to add extra header widgets and they are not displaying correctly-I believe because of the main menu. I use a secondary menu.
Thanks,
April 4, 2017 at 10:00 pm #772027Hey johnworfin,
Could you please provide a link to the site in question?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 5, 2017 at 2:56 pm #772600My site is blocked behind an under construction page. Is there a way to disable the main menu?
April 5, 2017 at 3:33 pm #772617or is there a way to move the main menu to the top like the secondary menu?
April 5, 2017 at 3:47 pm #772622Hi,
To remove the menu, please go to Appearance -> Menus and remove all the menu items under the main menu and save. The main menu will then have nothing to display.

Jordan ShannonApril 5, 2017 at 3:51 pm #772626it still has the search function in it though and displays that. Is there a way to move the main menu to the top like the secondary menu?
April 5, 2017 at 4:06 pm #772635Hi,
We can just remove either menu bar completely via css to move the other to the top. It would be easier if I could actually see the site so I know which ids to target. If it is behind a under construction wall, you can provide admin info privately so I can log in and look into this further.Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 5, 2017 at 4:09 pm #772637That would be great-I cannot seem to figure out how to send a private message?
April 5, 2017 at 4:12 pm #772639Hi,
Under the text field you should see a second field named PRIVATE CONTENT.

April 5, 2017 at 7:03 pm #772756Hi,
I added the following to quick css:
nav.main_menu{ display:none!important; }
Please test
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 5, 2017 at 7:15 pm #772769That worked-but now the search function is missing-is there a way to simply move the main menu to the top line where the secondary menu is? Then I wont need the secondary menu.
Or is there a way to add the search function to the top line?
Thanks,

You can simply go to Appearance > Menus edit your menu and check “Enfold secondary menu” under Menu settings
