    Hi, I had issues uploading the theme file through the WordPress panel so I had my client upload it to the theme folders. The theme is there now and activated, however, I cannot get the child theme to work for some reason? I get ‘The parent theme is missing. Please install the “enfold” parent theme.? Any thoughts?

    When going through the install of the child it reads out:

    Installing the theme…
    This theme requires a parent theme. Checking if it is installed…
    The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, enfold, before you can use this child theme.
    Theme installed successfully.

    Both parent and child theme was incorrectly installed. I removed them and installed once again.
