Hi,
I have used your theme on over a dozen sites and have never had this problem.
When I click on “add new media” and “select files” nothing happens!!!!
Can you assist?

Jordan ShannonYes, it’s not the plugins. In fact I have only just uploaded the theme this afternoon and was about to start building the site but can’t even upload a logo.
I haven’t added anything onto it yet? Perhaps I have made an error in the theme upload?

What device and browser are you using? I am using a PC and Chrome and was able to load an image to the library without issue. I left it in there for you to see.

Jordan ShannonPC and Chrome. I can see you have added an image but it won’t work on mine. I have also tried it on other browsers and pc’s. Still no joy.
I have added the ftp credentials for you to have a look at if that helps. I have onle just uploaded the theme – no plugins.

Just tried again and it only now works in browser uploader – which is fine as I can get the images uploaded with this. However, now I am beginning to think the upload of the Enfold theme might have been corrupted.I will carry on for the moment using this way but if I get any more problems I will let you know.

KimSeems to be the same issue Jordan – when we upload an image either in browser upload or normal upload it just appears as an icon in the media library.
Before I was managing to upload in the browser upload but now that is no longer working.

Jordan Shannonit doesn’t appear to be the size of the images – they are uploading but they appear as image icons in the library.
This problem has existed since I downloaded the theme at the very beginning of the build. The only thing I can think of doing is deleting the theme and downloading a new version but I don’t want to have to pay for another licence for Enfold.
Unless you can suggest something else?
