Hey team
I am using the Avia Layout Builder for a home page I am developing. I noticed that the slider is getting cropped in an unusable way. Since my featured image is 1700×470 for banner, I am wondering how I can arrange a better display. My first thought was a media query, but I would require to featured images. Could I arrange one of the post slider options to appear according to a media query and display an image using information drawn out of the custom fields content?
I am imagining that if the display is below say 600px, then we would display a post slider. The post slider would need to get an image that is 300 x 300px, which I am thinking could be extracted from the custom fields option. As you can see here, the display is a bit off.
IS this possible? Do you have another suggestion for how to work with a full screen slider that is automated (pulls the image from the featured image) but displays well on mobile?
Cheers
I am good on this actually. I just set the wrong height parameters for the banner. It had to be a ratio, not a set pixel height. :)
Hey kelsangwangpo,
Please, to solve this, is necessary to create another slider with the new image size and hide it with a custom CSS and show only on mobile, so, to do it, I`ll need that you enable the custom class following this tutorial: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and share with me your WP credentials.
Best regards,
