GApril 2, 2017 at 4:20 pm #770651April 2, 2017 at 9:10 pm #770744no, it’s not the cache. Before update che font was more thin.
Yes You look good, and the inspector is right.
I don’t know, now I change to font-weight 200… and control some space between block to show the same number of line.
Some minor theme update may change something in font render or space between block, like .av-flex-placeholder ?
Thanks a lot

GApril 3, 2017 at 8:39 am #770945Hi,
Please, first of all, the credentials aren`t working, may you check it?
Now, as Mike said, there`s some google font issues and you can solve it reading this article: http://justcreative.com/2013/01/22/how-to-use-custom-fonts-with-font-face-on-wordpress/ and try to add the font-weight at Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS instead the style.css (just to test).

and the right link is:
https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300,400,700May be an error in url code?

April 4, 2017 at 6:02 pm #771891Hi,
I noticed that you have used a caching plugin. Activate it again and then go to your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site. Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Keep every plugin deactivated while testing.
If that does not help, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyApril 4, 2017 at 6:47 pm #771915Hi Andy, I have refresh the thme file, but the situation is the same… same error in console: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open%2BSans%3A400%2C600%2C700
How could I do?
Thanks,
GApril 5, 2017 at 6:12 pm #772712Hi,
I deactivated your plugins temporarily for testing purposes and as soon as I do this, the errors in the console vanish. So one or more plugins are causing the issue. Deactivate all of them one by one to find the which is the root of all this.

AndyApril 5, 2017 at 7:03 pm #772755Hi Andy,
yes, I think Enfold Theme is not compatible with slider revolution
thanks for your support
April 5, 2017 at 7:05 pm #772759but, before last theme update works well…
April 7, 2017 at 2:44 pm #774009Hi,
yes, best to use LayerSlider which is built in into Enfold by default. Otherwise you’d need to contact plugin’s author about the issue.
Best regards,
