    Hi!
    I added two new users with admin permissions (the client) and all of a sudden, the english version of my german page is not available anymore (301 redirect error). Can you tell why?

    Hey HannaVogt,

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

    If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue.

    I updated everything and I still cannot reach the English website. I think there is a problem with the permalinks. Also, I tried to make the German welcome page “Startseite” and it didn’t work. Could you please check again?

    Hi,

    I’m guessing that your Polylang plugins is responsible for that, could you try reaching out to the plugin developer to see if they know what is going wrong?
