Hi,
If I buy enfold theme and build a website, should it be a problem to change a hosting provider and than move whole website with databeses, pages, plugins to new hosting?
I heard that are some securities, which make it much more difficult.

No, that would not be an issue at all. You can use a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/ to migrate your database to your new installation.
