    Hello,

    I have something strange on my site. In the sidebar, I’ve added Enfold latest news widgets. I’ve see the 2 options : display title only and display title and excerpt. I’ve tried both presentation to decide what I want, I want the excerpt but only the title is displayed even if I’ve selected Title and exceprt. Do you know how I can fix this?

    Hey Jean-Francois,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.

    Hello Jeff,
    First of all you should be selected Title and exceprt.

    Second, you can display only the title because the excerpt don’t show automated. Excerpts are optional hand-crafted summaries of your content that can be used in your theme.

    Third, to display the excerpt you could do that. If you want to dispaly excerpt to all posts, you can do that process to all posts. Edit one of the posts and open on the right top of the screen (Screen options) and select the checkbox Excerpt http://imgur.com/a/SX2UO.

    Finally, scroll down to the post and under the editor you can find the Excerpt http://imgur.com/a/OBZ38. Fill in with text that field and update the post. Go to the page where show your latest post and refresh the page. Now you can see the excerpts.

    here are the credentials.

    I want to precise something : I only manage this site content for a short time. Let’s have a look on another sidebar which is also strange.

    Sidebar Formations: you can see that “Display only title” is selected, but on the page, you can see the excerpt which is good : http://www.echo-conseil.com/formations/

    Sidebar LSA was like this before (on Display title only but excerpt properly displayed on the site…), I thought it was a bug so I’ve selected “Display Title and Excerpt” and since then, no way to display everything back.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what’s going on with the widget options. The excerpt is not working. Did you modify any of the theme files? Please post the FTP details here so that we can do a few tests.

    Hi,

    We found a small script error in the theme which is now fixed. Please remove browser cache before checking the page.

    Issue on framework > php > class-framework-widgets.php file, line 566:

    if(__('display title and excerpt', 'avia_framework') == $excerpt)
