    Hi there,

    I was customizing website and I noticed suddenly footer on the home page is not appearing. I didn’t make any changes on function.php, footer socket and widgets are enable.

    I don’t see the same issue on other pages but has issue only on home page.

    Kindly, help me out with it.

    I tried to login to dashboard, the credentials did not work. Please update them.

    Hello Victoria,

    Sorry for late reply.

    The issue with footer is, it shows widget and sockets but not in proper way so it disabled the live chat option on home page. On other pages footer works fine.

    Please help as soon as possible

    Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. I had a closer look at your front page and I saw that you have a code block at the end of the page, it looks like some kind of tracking code? That might be breaking the layout, could you try removing it to see if that is the case please?
