    Hi,
    I bought a license for a client that changed his mind in terms of renewing his site with the theme.
    I would like to use the license for another site – is that possible, and does it require more than deleting it from the themes folder on the first site?

    Yes, you can simply remove the theme from old site and install it on new one :)
