Is there any easy way of adding ratings stars that would fall between the testimonial and the person’s name giving the testimonial? I would like to add five stars indicating that the person giving the testimony rated the company this many stars. I don’t know enough about CSS to make that happen or even if it could be done easily.

You can edit your testimonials and switch to text tab and insert your starts using HTML – https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp

YigitSorry about that I left out the most important part. What I would like to do is put a ratings system of just stars using something like font awesome fonts in between the person’s name of the testimonial and their comments. So it would be the testimonial comments five stars using font awesome fonts and then the person’s name. I guess if this cannot be accomplished I will have to just install another plug-in for testimonials. But I would rather just keep it straight enfold elements.

That is possible but it would require to modify the shortcodes and also call them through a child theme
