Hello
Can anyone tell me what has happened to my advanced layout editor and if this is likely to cause me any problems?
The blog post still looks ok in the preview.I’ve added a single width column and included my text and images I wanted for my blog post but when I click it to edit it it comes up “click here to add your own text” The text is there!
At the bottom of this text box, there seems to be an added text box with the text I entered and includes all the text code too.

Thanks for that, login details are working. I checked a couple of elements in your post but I couldn’t reproduce the error. On what particular element is this happening?

for some reason when I went back into the post after you the main text where the error had occurred had completely disappeared!
Luckily I found the revision.
There error occurs in the text box that comes after my first image on that post. The visual editor shows the text, but if I click to edit the text is says “Click here to add text” even though the text is there. Looking at the bottom of this text box it looks like there is a box that shows the coded text version of the text.Hopefully this link shows you an image of what I see.

Publish it, go back in to edit it and it has changed like this again.
April 7, 2017 at 9:43 am #773803Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback, I can see the problem as well. It looks like you have added a lot of content to the text block, and it’s likely open html markup which is causing it. Unfortunately you would have to recreate the layout, though I can’t understand why you would opt for putting all your content in a text block? Why not use the element available to you in the builder? For example, use the Special Heading element for your headers and the Image element for images, that will likely make things a lot easier for you.
Best regards,
RikardApril 7, 2017 at 3:35 pm #774031Ok thank you Rikard, perhaps I am doing it wrong. I will try it with all the elements in the builder as you mentioned. I assumed it could handle either. :)
Thank you for your help.
