Hello,
After the last update, I can not access my back office anymore and this error appears :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/*******/www/WordPress3/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/layerslider.php on line 111
For the moment, I replaced this php file from one from a latest version and I needed to replace another file (/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/wp/actions.php) because I had a fatal error without doing it…
For the moment, it fixes the problem, but what do I need to do ???
Thanks !
March 27, 2017 at 12:31 pm #767374Hi fcp!
That should not be the case. Could you please try re-updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and overwrite all files manually?

BasilisMarch 28, 2017 at 1:17 am #767820You might try changing your PHP version. I did this and it worked perfectly.
March 28, 2017 at 7:50 am #767928I’m having the same error. Which PHP version would be best?
March 28, 2017 at 8:31 am #767957Hi!
Please use php 7+
Thank you
Cheers!
BasilisMarch 28, 2017 at 8:36 am #767962Too bad looks like godaddy doesn’t have that version. :(
Are there better host providers out there other than godaddy? Client prefers godaddy, but would like recommendations.
Also the above users, did replacing the theme folder work with the line 111 issue?
March 28, 2017 at 9:21 am #767991Hi !
Cole, Basilis… Is changing PHP version the only solution ?
