    Hi there,
    out of the sudden most of my uploaded pictures are missing. What can I do to get them back?
    I am using WP 4.7.3–de_DE and the Enfold theme 4.0.3

    Hey Frank,
    Can you explain a little more, were they in your media folder and now are gone, do you think they were deleted? Do you have FTP access or cPanel? How many files are missing?
    Can you please include a admin login / FTP login, in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Hi Mike,
    thanks for your reply. Yes, the pictures were in the media folder. In total there is a 3 digit number of pics no longer visible in the media folder. Surprisingly a lot of very old pics (the first ones I stored there) are still there and the newest one as well. Today I realised that some pics in blog posts and on the homepage are missing.
    Honestly I do not know how to access FTP. I will provide you with my login data as a private content.

    I took a look and I see you have some Updraft backups, maybe you can recover from there. But I don’t see any other way to recover. Sorry.
