Why are my Google Search Meta Descriptions different since upgrading Enfold

I am puzzled where the text “First Name: Last Name: All-Together logo” is coming from in all my Google Meta Descriptions that display on Google Search for uvalltogether.org — they are not in the Yoast Meta Description and have never been a part of the description…how do I fix this..see below–
