    Hello,

    We have created a enfold contact form and has put the e-mail that was created on Microsoft Exchange Server Office 365 like distribution group.

    We fill in the form and e-mail sent successfully, but we don’t receive never that e-mail. The contact form work fine when we set another email address. The contact form don’t work only when we set e-mail from Microsoft Exchange Server Office 365. Why?

    We need to install a plugin or to make modify code? We need to make adjusting in Microsoft Exchange Server Office 365?

    Hi,

    Try the following: attempt to recover your password at the wp-login.php page and check if you get the recovery mail message. You may have to contact your hosting support for this issue as well.

    The enfold contact form and the contact form 7 work fine.

    us hosting provider tell me that added or changes something on DNS records (spf record). I don’t know exactly what they changed.
