    Hi, I have been trying to buy to Enfold theme from Envato. I have signed up for an account and the theme is in my cart. When I want to sign in to pay for the theme, I get the following error message.

    Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. Please contact Help Team for more details.

    I have opened a support ticket with them 12 hours ago and still not had a reply. Please can you assist?

    Hey Wayne Farrell!

    It seems that for some reason your account is locked.
    The easiest thing is to create a new acoount at envato and use the new one.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Yes it says my account is blocked.
    I have signed up under 2 different email accounts to see if there was a problem and both say the same thing.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    Neither of the links you posted work.

    I don’t understand why my account would be blocked if I only just created it to buy the theme?
    Envato still have not come back to me either.

    All I want to do is buy the theme. How can it be so much trouble. Not the best from a customer experience point of view. Envato are letting you down.

    Sorry about that!

    Since purchase and download processes are managed by Envato, unfortunately there is not much we can do.

    Alternatively, maybe you can try using VPN and try registering account with another IP? :)
