I am trying to edit the tabs element to look and function similar to one of Enfold’s 2017 demos for Tabs. I have linked a screenshot below.
I want my tabs to be full-width with the icon above the title. I want there to be the drop-down arrows and in the text descriptions under each tab, I want colomns grids like they included in their demo piece.
Will you please provide a step by step process of how to achieve this.

Try using Tabs Section (under Layout Elements), I think you are using Tabs under Content Elements.

NikkoMarch 21, 2017 at 7:52 pm #764324I don’t have a Tabs Section under Layout Elements, only under content elements. Is this a new option in 4.0 of Enfold?

Yes it is a new section / option that you can use.
Try it and let us know.Regards,
BasilisMarch 30, 2017 at 11:26 pm #769681Hey,
We updated our theme and now have the Tabs Section under Layout Elements, but again I am still trying to make our tabs menu look like Enfold’s 2017 demo for Tabs.
When I try using the tabs section, it doesn’t come close to the demo. The title won’t appear directly below the image. I don’t know what to use to hold the image and title together so that they can be aligned to each other and sized. I don’t have an inner and an outer tab title to edit. When you click on the tab it jumps up to the top of the page rather than open the tab, and I don’t know what to use or do to create the material that opens within each tab.
I’ve attached a screenshot of what my screen looks like below.
Can you give me steps to follow or code to use; whatever it is that I am missing, would be very helpful.
March 31, 2017 at 12:03 am #769684Make sure you clear or disable all caching plugins. If you are hosted on bluehost, They add “Must-Use” Caching plugins that you must disable from the plugins menu – They are hidden though… If that doesn’t work, try a hard refresh in the browser CMD+Shift+R. Hope that helps!
March 31, 2017 at 12:12 am #769687Okay that’s a start! That helped! I’ll go from there and if I have anymore questions pop up, I’ll post it here.
Thank you!
March 31, 2017 at 12:50 am #769692So in my content, I inserted a LayerSlider WP, but It goes outside of the content container. As seen below:
How do I have it inside the container and not full width?
March 31, 2017 at 7:55 pm #770146Hey,
Im having some issues with the tab content containers. As you click each tab, they move down to the point where you can see an older tab open while you’re in another one. It looks like this:
Can anyone tell me what is happening here and how to fix this?
April 1, 2017 at 2:32 pm #770320Hi agameseo,
For the LS you can try setting the “Calculate position from” to sides of the screen.
Do you still need any help with tab section?
Best regards,
