My web developer purchased the enfold child theme (about 5 years ). I recently changed hosts (he was hosting me) and now I can’t get in touch with him. I’d like to ask questions on the forum but don’t have the license key. Can you please advise? I’m trying to teach myself all the particulars of the theme for my website and it would really help if I could post questions on the forum. Thank you. best, Ellen Allard

If he has purchased the license and did not provide it back to you – then we are afraid you will have to purchase an other license, so you can have updates etc for the site.We do not have any other solution for that.
Also, your Enfold Version is really old, so you will have to get a license and get some help to have the site updated to the latest version.

To register to our support forum, you would need a valid purchase code – https://kriesi.at/support/register/.
And to have an access to theme files, you would need logins of ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme. If that is not possible, you can contact your developer and ask them to provide you API key and username so you could insert them in Enfold theme options – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ to receive auto updates.
