Hey there,
on some pages I am using left sidebar with widgets for individual menu, Google Maps and contact details. For the contact details I would like to show up icons directly to the left of the contact details, means: phone icon with phone no., envelope icon with e-mail address etc. But, unfortunately when using font awesome icons, the text is showing up at the right of the widget and the icons at the left of the widget.
Is this something you can help me with? Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Really do appreciate all your kind assistance.

BkagMarch 20, 2017 at 6:29 am #763494Hi,
Thanks for that. The .htaccess login is working, but not the WordPress details. Could you check and verify please?

RikardMarch 20, 2017 at 6:56 am #763504Dear Rikard,
thanks for the message. Don’t know what went wrong on your side – I assume this occured when pace in copy, because for me the login details are working perfectly. So, I created new user for you; you will find the details (as well as the origin ones) in private content. Please try again.

AndyMarch 22, 2017 at 5:32 pm #764913Hi Andy,
the login details are working on several PCs without any problems, so please try again with the b/m details in private content. Seems problem must be on your end. Please note that there is a pre-login. If it’s still not working for you, please let me know what exactly the problem is. Thank you.

VictoriaMarch 25, 2017 at 5:58 pm #766679Hello Victoria,
on March 20th Ricard wrote “The .htaccess login is working, but not the WordPress details.” and now you write it is not working. I assume there is a basic problem on your side, since the details are working on this end without any problems. We are working on this since March 14th just to clarify the login. To come to an end please see screenshot in private content for your better overview (website is not online yet). Maybe this way we can solve this issue.
Thank you for your help in advance.

BkagMarch 28, 2017 at 7:34 am #767919Hi,
I was able to login to the site but I have to do the htaccess authentication twice. I checked the page with the sidebar and the icons look ok. The icon shortcodes are aligned to the left properly.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 3, 2017 at 1:50 pm #771107Hey Ismael,
I put some CSS for pushing the sidebar aligned left, but that was not what I wanted to achieve. So, I removed the CSS, thus please kindly try again. Thank you for your kind assistance in advance.

BkagApril 4, 2017 at 3:51 am #771469Hi!
Thank you for the update. We added the following css code in the Quick CSS field.
#text-2 .av_font_icon { float: right; margin-left: 10px; }
Please remove browser cache or hard refresh before checking the page.
Cheers!
IsmaelApril 4, 2017 at 11:12 am #771655Hey Ismael,
thank you for all your efforts and for adding the custom CSS. But, unfortunately, on my end the icons are still on the right, but they should show up on the left directly to the left of the phone number etc. (please see link for screenshot in private content).
Thank you for your kind assistance in advance.Cheers
BkagApril 5, 2017 at 4:25 am #772156Hi!
My bad. I didn’t understand the screenshot at first. Wrap the text inside a container with a custom css class attribute then put it before the icon shortcode. Set the icon to right align. Ex.
<span class="custom_widget_text">REMOVED</span>[icon shortcode here]
Make sure that there are no spaces or line break between the text and the shortcode. Add this code in the Quick CSS field.
.custom_widget_text { float: right; }

IsmaelApril 17, 2017 at 3:50 pm #778764Hey Ismael,
thank you for removing the number. Meanwhile I tried out wrapping the text inside a container with a custom css class attribute and your given Custom CSS. This works fine, thank you so much, but it looks somewhat weird using tablet in vertical view, e.g iPad Air. Any idea on this?
Thanks for your kind help in advance.
Cheers
BkagApril 18, 2017 at 4:59 am #779049Hi!
Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue? Try to move the code inside a desktop css media query.
@media only screen and (min-width: 989px) { /* Add your Desktop Styles here */ }
Best regards,

BkagMay 1, 2017 at 11:25 pm #786025Hi,
As I understand you would like the icons to show up on the right side of the text similar to the image below, correct?
To do so we have added the below css code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
/* Sidebar icons */ #top .sidebar .custom_widget_text { padding-right: 30px!important; } #top .sidebar .av_font_icon.avia-icon-pos-right { position: absolute; right: 0; }
