    On my site, Enfold keeps saying:

    “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.8.5)”

    I’ve pressed check manually, but it does not help. How do I get to upgrade to the latest version?

    Hi Staffan!

    That can be an issue with Envato Updater and their API.
    Please try download our theme from your ThemeForest account an update it manually through FTP.

    let us know if we can do anything else for you.

    I did what you suggested. Enfold now says I’m running version 4.0.2, which is all fine. But after the update I can’t edit my pages or posts anymore. I’m running WordPress 4.7.3 and if I switch to use theme Twenty Seventeen instead everything works fine.

    Seems to be some problem with jQuery? See image in private content.

    Re-updated via FTP. 1067 files successfully transfered. Did not solve the problem.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Tried deactivating plugins one-by-one myself, and if i deactivate Yoast SEO at least editing pages and posts works. However there is still some problem viewing the Media library.

    Deactivating Event Organiser makes Media library work as expected.

    I’m also running WordPress locally for development. There I have no problems with running Enfold and Event Organiser and Yoast SEO.

    It’s the Advanced Layer Slider that creates the problems I have. I deactivated that in functions.php and now everything runs smoothly including Yoast SEO and Event Organiser activated.
