Hi, I’m running WordPress 4.7.3 with Enfold 4.0.2 and I have a page that has two main colour sections that contain videos for the section backgrounds. I’m finding that that I’m having a mixed result displaying the page in different browsers. In Safari, only one of the videos play, in Chrome neither of the videos play. However if I refresh the page in in Chrome while I’m over that section, then the video does play. But only one.
I was running an earlier version of Enfold and both videos did play in Safari but not in Chrome. I updated to the latest version, hoping that it would help solve the problem. However now neither browser is running both the videos. Can you please help? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

March 15, 2017 at 4:57 am #761094Hi,
Both videos are playing on my end using Chrome, could you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps please?

RikardMarch 15, 2017 at 5:16 am #761105Hi Rikard, are you able to test on other browsers? On Chrome and Safari it plays one but not two and on Firefox neither of the videos work. I’m also getting an error in the console when inspect it: Content Security Policy: Directive ‘frame-src’ has been deprecated. Please use directive ‘child-src’ instead.
I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it. It seems to work worse on PCs, I’ve had mixed results on two of my computers and the client has had problems and they’re on a different network in Chrome on a PC.

In FireFox on Mac videos are playing. Could be network issues or lost connection to Vimeo. Also try cmd+r or ctrl+f5.

BasilisApril 7, 2017 at 2:29 am #773631Hi, sorry about the late reply. We’re still not getting the right results.
My client is running Chrome version 57.0.2987.133 on a windows machine and they are saying that only one of the videos works. I am getting the same result, and I’m running the same version of Chrome on a Mac. My client is in a different city under a different ISP. I’ve also tested this at home on a another computer under a different ISP and we are still getting the same result.
Is there anything that can be done? Or upgraded? In safari, and explorer both videos work. Please help me with this.
April 7, 2017 at 6:37 am #773700Hi,
I have a question: Are you hosted your own videos?
Best regards,
John TorvikApril 7, 2017 at 6:41 am #773701No, both videos are hosted on Vimeo.
April 8, 2017 at 10:39 am #774428Hi,
It seems like requesting two videos at the same time is not allowed by Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/forums/help/topic:114568, maybe you could try hosting one of them on Youtube?
Best regards,
RikardApril 11, 2017 at 4:46 am #775770Thank you so much for that idea, I never thought that would be the problem. I swapped both videos to Youtube and its working great. Thank you so much for helping us with this.
