Is there any way how to insert video as background over footer with fallback to an image for mobile devices? Any PHP snippet? JS?

Hey Milan,
There is nothing like that in the theme by default, so that would require a custom solutions. I haven’t seen any around unfortunately. If you should need any help implementing such functionality then we can recommend Codable.
