    Hi, I bought the enfold theme in 2015 and I just recently bought the updated support for 6 months through Envato, however its not letting me register as a support user. I’ve tried to create a new user and add the purchase code but it says its been used for another user and I’ve tried different emails that I use and none of them work. Can you please help me create a support user? I’ve added details below.
