    I’m not sure why this stopped working. Perhaps due to something changing in lightbox that I missed?

    The following code was working, but stopped. The code is on this page:

    Halcyon Meadows – 46000 Thomas Road, Chilliwack

    — but now when I click on the image, I get the message that says “The image could not be loaded”. This is the image on the page that once clicked on should open a video. If you scroll down on the above page, you will see it on the right hand side.

    Here is the code that stopped working – in the past, clicking on the image link opened up a window with a video. Hope this is what you need (I will be back in a few hours and can provide more info if needed then):

    Hmmm… I see that instead of the code you see the image… if you click the image above, you will see the small video that loads. It used to load on the same page, but now opens another browser tab. Let me try to post the code again, without the image:

    Hi,

    Your code is still rendering even in Private Content. Try to post your code in http://pastebin.com/ and post the link here. Also can you give us temporary admin access so we can check the backend.

    OK, thanks, I just posted admin access in Private Content so you can access the backend. Seemed easier in the event there was some code I missed posting. Please let me know what you need to do to fix it.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late response and missing the thread. I have checked it.

    Pages with lightbox issue:
    The 2 pages are using masonry gallery and lightbox is working fine. Both pages doesn’t have any js errors in web console. As for the image shown above and its code I noticed that it opens in new tab which is probably due to some js code that have been added to the theme or if there’s no such addition, it would probably be caused by some plugins, try to deactivate all plugins and test it, and if it doesn’t open in new window, try to enable them one by one to know which plugin causes it. As for the video, it goes to the right link (in private content) but it only shows menu links and below it requires a flashplayer.
