    Leider geht die Suchfunktion in meinen Enfold Seiten nicht mehr. Wenn ich auf die Lupe klicke, kann ich gar nicht so schnell irgend etwas eingeben. Die Seite blitzt nur kurz auf. Woran kann das liegen. Manchmal springt er sofort auf die Such Ergebnis Seite ohne Ergebnis. Auch die Suchergebnisse sehen nicht gut aus. er gibt mir nur die Überschriften. Hoffe dass mir jemand helfen kann.

    The search Function on my sites is not function correctly. If you want to write in it, it flashes short and goes to the result site. Also the results are only with the header and not with text from these sites. Please help

    Hey WizzardMKM,

    Please try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.2) to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If no then please try deactivating all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

    Thanks a lot :-),

    it was the Slim Stat Analytics Plugin by Jason Crouse :-(. Now with the deactivation of this plugin, everything with the flashing is okay and the search result page is shown properly.
    I have another little problem with the search function. How can i get more detailed information about the search result on the search result page.
    I mean two or more sentence under every Link on these page. At the moment the result is only a number with one word. I wish i could get more detailed information.

    Hi,

    Having a few more lines for the search results is easy for simple posts, but with pages built with a lot of HTML in advanced editors, it gets more complex.

    First you can look into this plugin plugin, it will help you to make excerpts to you posts and pages, they have to be added to every page and they will be shown on search results page.
    Here is another plugin you might want to look into, this one is for enhancing search, or hire a freelancer to customize your search results page.

    Guten Tag,
    Die Suchfunktion in meinem Enfold-Theme funktioniert nicht richtig! Aus der Masonry-Galerie (Titel / Beschriftung) werden keine Stichworte gefunden. Das Plugin “SearchWP Live Ajax Search” ist aktiviert!

    Woran kann das liegen? Danke im voraus.
