Hi! Please help me! :-)
I bought the enfold theme a few days ago.
The plan was to try out the different demos by using the “Demo Import”, tp “play around”, figure out how everything works.
Worked out well on the first two Demos I tried out.
Then I tried out the demo “Startup Business Demo”, after that I wanted to try the Health Demo. Since then, the Demo seems messed up. It looks like the different Demos overlay themselves, so parts are still “Startup Business Demo”, then I scroll down and there are colours of the Health Demo. The menue is superlarge, different logos are overlapping themselves, sometimes the Blog-Site shows up, then it looks like the “Startup Business Demo” again, even though I activated the Health Demo…So I deleted Enfold completely and imported it again, same problem.
Now I tried the “Photography Portfolio Theme” – no problem at all, everything is as on the Pictures of the Demo – except the Menue. I can see like 30 Menu-Points, I dont know where they are coming from.
So is there a way to “clean it all up” and start over again? I also emptied the Caches, tried different browsers… same problem.
I didnt even find a way to work on the menue and hide the things I dont need.
The last thing I did now – so you can log in and see – was to activate the Demo “Health” again, it is pretty messed up.
The only thing I changed was to try out another colour, but that actually cannot cause the problems I have now.It would be great if there is a way to try out every Demo that Enfold offers without the differend demos overlapping.
Another question: I need another Font that is not from Google Fonts. Can you tell me step by step how to upload it to WordPress/to the Enfold Theme?
Another question: is there a way to switch the whole Working Space to German? And maybe to even get an answer in german to this message so I can understand better? :-D
Please answer me asap, Im under Homepage-Building-Pressure…

Thank you very much for choosing Enfold.
What you can do is to go ahead and go to Appearance -> Menu.From there, you can select which menus will be visible and what options you want to modify.

Thanks for you answer – but unfortunately nit is not helpful.
My question was how I can start from zero, like how to delete everything that happened and use your demos properly without them overlapping. Did you look at the problem? I told you that, when I upload the demo I want to use, I dont get the demo I just chose, but a weird mixture of different demos. You didnt answer that.
I didnt change anything except trying different demos and another backround color. So there must be a way to use your demos (I paid 70 Euros for) properly without having trouble. I guess the kriesi-support-team is my only way to fix that since I cant figure out what to do.My other question was how to upload a new font thats not coming from google fonts, you didnt answer that either.
My third question was if there is a way to change the system to another language (german). You didnt answer that either.
So please take my problem seriously.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/Regarding your google font issue, lets first get you on the road to build a site and then you let us know what font you need and we will help you based on that.
You can change WordPress to different Language, under Dashboard -> Settings -> General.

As I already said, it doesn’t help to uninstall and install Enfold. I already did that. The Demos keep overlapping or they don’t show up as they look in the preview.
Is there seriously no way I can just upload the Demo I want to try without having weird trouble with the other Demos i tried before?Please log into my account and look at the issue. You can also try to upload the Demo ‘Health’ yourself with my account, maybe then you see my problem.
