    I’m creating a wordpress site with enfold to a Postgraduate Program in a Federal University of Mato Grosso in Brazil. We need create a link to give a color constrast for users. In Brazil we’ve a law for accessibility for federal’s websites. I’m a programmer and I know how do that using js with jquery and css. But I new in wordpress. Could you help me?
